About Our Foundation
Founded in 2024 in Darbhanga, Bihar, we are committed to improving the quality of life of rural and underserved communities through knowledge and development.
A grassroots organization built on trust
ALIZA KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization established in 2024 by Ashraf Ali with the mission of improving the quality of life of rural and underserved communities through education, health awareness, skill development, financial inclusion, and local governance empowerment.
We work where the need is greatest — in villages where access to schooling, healthcare and stable income is limited. Our integrated approach ensures that progress in one area strengthens the others.
Our Vision
To create an educated, healthy, skilled, and self-reliant society where every individual has the opportunity to thrive with dignity.
Our Mission
To empower communities through sustainable development programs in education, healthcare, livelihood generation, women empowerment, and grassroots governance.
Our core values
Integrity
We act with transparency and accountability in everything we do.
Community First
Programs are designed with the community, not just for it.
Sustainability
We build lasting capacity, not short-term dependence.
Inclusion
Every person counts — regardless of gender, age or background.
Knowledge
Education and awareness are at the heart of all our work.
Impact
We measure success by real, lasting change in people's lives.
Meet our founder
Ashraf Ali
Ashraf Ali founded ALIZA KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION in 2024 with a vision rooted in his own community. Driven by the belief that knowledge transforms lives, he leads the organization's work across education, health, women's empowerment and rural governance.
"Real change begins when communities lead their own development. Our role is to walk beside them."
From an idea to impact
ALIZA KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION is registered in Darbhanga, Bihar, with education as its first focus.
Adult literacy circles and child learning support begin in nearby villages.
Community health camps and women's self-help groups expand our reach.
Vocational training and Panchayati Raj capacity-building round out our model.
